Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant

The Senior Financial Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This position is responsible for verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling Deferred Revenue and Expense, Payroll and Commission accounts, producing error-free accounting reports, and presenting their results. Additionally, the Senior Financial Accountant will analyze financial information and summarize financial status to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist with annual audit preparations.
  • Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance.
  • Prepare federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • CPA qualification preferred.
  • 5-7 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
  • Well-informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, and business environments.
  • Organized, with excellent reporting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and make sound decisions.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a broad cultural spectrum.
