Job Summary:

HyLife is seeking a skilled Assistant Miller to join our team in Killarney, MB. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for conducting daily ingredient inventory, assisting in monthly inventory, and performing various tasks related to feed production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily ingredient inventory and assist in monthly inventory
  • Accurately weight-out medications for production
  • Receive incoming ingredients, including sampling and testing
  • Load feed trucks
  • Operate manufacturing equipment, including forklift, as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with climbing heights
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work well under little supervision
  • Availability to work rotating shifts
  • Previous knowledge of HACCP system an asset
  • Class 5 license
