Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement advanced statistical models to identify high-performing macro signals
  2. Develop and maintain proprietary trading systems to generate trades based on these signals
  3. Analyze the efficacy of trades generated compared to expectations
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into investment decisions

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Research Analyst to join our Private Capital Investment Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative finance, programming skills, and experience working with machine learning algorithms.

What You Bring:

  • Master's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or statistics
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant industry experience or graduate level studies/CFA designation
  • Strong academic track record with emphasis on quantitative courses
  • Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages
