Software Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Manager to lead the evolution of AWS CDK, working closely with developers, stakeholders, and customers to shape the future of infrastructure as code.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the technical architecture and design decisions for AWS CDK
- Manage projects to on-time delivery
- Participate in escalation manager on-call rotation
- Engage with customers and the developer community to gather feedback, prioritize features, and define a product roadmap
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing teams of Software Engineers
