Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and caring Family Support Specialist to join our team at Mohamed Achraf Lahkim. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to families with infants and children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Childcare and Household Management: Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
  • Cooking and Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the family, considering dietary needs and preferences.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Transportation and Errands: Take children to and from school, appointments, and other activities, as well as run errands for the family.
  • Emotional Support and Guidance: Provide emotional support and guidance to children, helping them develop social skills and personal hygiene habits.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families and children.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • A valid driver's license, with a good driving record.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working approximately 35-40 hours per week. The work site environment is non-smoking, and public transportation is available. Overtime may be required, and repetitive tasks may be involved.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive benefits, including [insert benefits here].
