About this role

As a Senior Network Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the planning, research, and development direction of our Data Communication networks. This includes staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and providing strategic insights to inform our product development roadmap.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of emerging network technologies, including Carrier Network, Data Center Network, Campus Network, and Security.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including universities, research centers, and key customers, to stay informed about the latest industry developments and advancements.
  • Provide expert advice on technology trends, research direction, and product planning, based on in-depth analysis of industry, customer, and technology insights.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a PhD in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electronic Technology, Automation, or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of R&D experience in advanced network domains, particularly in Data Center Network and network security.

You should also possess strong strategic planning capabilities, having conducted technology planning and design work to achieve technical strategic objectives. Additionally, you should have a good grasp of network technologies such as Ethernet, Wi-Fi IP protocols, and basic AI knowledge.
