Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Agronomist to join our team at Archerwill Agro. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide expert advice and strategic agricultural insight to develop profitable relationships with local producers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on crop inputs, fertilizer, and farm equipment to local producers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate leads and create sales opportunities.
  • Understand local producer needs and offer company products and services to optimize agricultural output.
  • Manage and track inventory and bookings, complete claims and invoices, and provide on-site farm support and delivery of Co-op products.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in agriculture with eligibility for registration with SIA.
  • Background in agriculture with experience in a sales-based role.
  • Experience leading customer contact with a proven record in relationship development.
  • Ability to travel to various Ag locations throughout Prairie North.
