Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at our location in Fernie, BC. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Estimated Salary: $57.50 - $62.00 per hourResponsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
  • Maintain inventory within the pharmacy, ensuring that all medications and supplies are stocked and readily available.
  • E nsure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Stay current on the latest trends in the pharmacy industry by keeping up with new medications and clinical opportunities.
  • Offer private consultations to our patients while maintaining a patient-centred care culture.
  • Provide clinical services, including medication management and health screening.
Requirements
  • A Canadian Pharmacist licence and good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Injection certification.
  • Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
  • Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completion of mandatory training when required.
  • The ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge when required.
  • Addition al training or certifications considered an asset.
