Stock Service Job Description

Job Summary:

The Stock Service position is a critical role in our company's ability to provide a superior shopping experience every day. As a member of our Stocking Team, you will be responsible for providing physical assistance in moving merchandise between sales and stock areas, as well as general housekeeping, wrapping at cash check outs, and other Stock Service related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Put out warehouse orders onto shelves in a timely manner
  • Fill direct orders, ad stocks, and out-of-stocks
  • Maintain label accuracy and perform housekeeping duties
  • Face and merchandise products to ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and overnight shifts
