About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Take orders from guests with a friendly attitude and strong product knowledge, ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare a variety of food items, including bagels, wraps, sandwiches, and baked goods, following proper builds and maintaining food safety standards.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean restaurant interior and exterior, including the dining room, restrooms, and back of house area.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store inventory in the back of house area and stock up items in the front of house area daily.
Requirements
  • Passion for Hospitality: Demonstrate a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Teamwork: Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
