Hospitality Management Professional

As a Food Service Supervisor with Saisethsons Hospitality Toronto Inc. o/a Tim Hortons, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate or diploma and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Hire food service staff and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Work Environment:
- Staff accommodation available, work in a cafeteria, coffee shop, or fast food outlet/concession.
- Various locations, travel expenses paid by employer.
