Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Production Manager to join our team at 3085496 NOVA SCOTIA LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Production Schedules: Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource allocation.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to machinery, equipment, and production systems to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Departmental Budgeting: Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth production and meet customer expectations.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality control and accuracy.
