Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Care Specialist to join our team at Elite Domo. As a key member of our household team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our private residence, including maintenance, repairs, and transportation of family members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the functionality of various systems, including Wi-Fi, lighting, A/C, and heating.
  • Identify and address maintenance and repair needs, including scheduling and supervising contractors.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks, such as touch-ups, changing light bulbs, and taking out the trash.
  • Ensure the exterior of the property is clean and well-maintained.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance work, including quote analysis and follow-up on incomplete tasks.
  • Respond to alarms and emergencies, providing a safe and secure environment for family members.
  • Provide safe and secure transportation to and from destinations, planning efficient routes and assisting passengers with luggage.
  • Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
  • Keep accurate records of travel, expenses, and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hands-on household work and property maintenance.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Good knowledge of local and surrounding areas, as well as navigational skills and familiarity with GPS devices.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving conditions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift heavy luggage and assist passengers as necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a sense of initiative and confidentiality.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
