Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in a fast-paced production setting. If you have a strong background in millwrighting and excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Identify and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
- Coach and instruct apprentices as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in millwrighting with certification (Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a noisy and physically demanding environment
Highbury Canco offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $85,000
