Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cap 3 Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Cap 3 Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise through our stores, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload trailers and pull pallets to the sales floor for overnight processing
  • Assist in stocking the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service if necessary
  • Label the sales floor for store opening and contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old and have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
