Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Contract Teacher - On-Call, Grades K-12 to join our team at School District #5 (Southeast Kootenay). The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching on an as-needed basis, providing instruction and support to students in grades K-12.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach on an as-needed basis, providing instruction and support to students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Valid teaching certification
- Experience teaching grades K-12
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
