About The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operational Analyst to join our team at The Book Accounting Services Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and provide strategic advice on managerial methods and organizational structures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop quality management and quality assurance standards to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Conduct research to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial prudence.
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
