At Leuschen Transportation, we are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our team. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students to and from school, ensuring their safety and well-being during the journey. This is a permanent position, working 15 to 30 hours per week, with the possibility of a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report any delays, mechanical problems, or accidents to the dispatchers.
  • Direct passengers during emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Complete logbooks and reports accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other drivers using two-way radio systems.
  • Ensure children's safety when boarding and leaving buses and crossing streets while the bus is stopped.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Requirements:
  • Driver's License.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Driving record check (abstract).
  • Medical exam.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility.
