Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanic Team Leader to join our team. As an Electromechanic Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of electromechanic technicians in the maintenance and repair of complex mechanical and electrical equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, repaired, and replaced in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electromechanic technicians in the maintenance and repair of complex mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all equipment is properly integrated and functioning as intended.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the electromechanical industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and improving productivity and efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical circuits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
