Job Title: Construction Labourer - Site Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at JFR Concrete Repair & Waterproofing Ltd. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity
  • Handling heavy loads
