Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Jll's Services Ltd. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the repair and maintenance of commercial transport truck systems, automotive systems, and truck-trailer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, automotive systems, and truck-trailer systems.
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
  • Estimate parts and labor costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service and test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
  • Coach and instruct apprentices.
  • Provide customer service.
Requirements:
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification.
  • Automotive Service Technician (Fuel and Electrical Systems) Trade Certification.
  • Automotive Service Technician (Transmission) Trade Certification.
  • Automotive Service Technician (Steering, Suspension, and Brakes) Trade Certification.
  • HVAC Certificate.
  • Motor Vehicle Inspector Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certificate.
