Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Store Assistant. As an ambassador for Cancer Research UK, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our shops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Work collaboratively with the shop team to achieve sales and fundraising targets.
  • Assist with maintaining shop standards, including visual presentation, health and safety, and safeguarding compliance.
  • Build relationships with local communities and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
  • Support fundraising events and activities to achieve targets.
  • Take on keyholder responsibilities as required, with training provided.
