Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our retail financial planners in achieving success in the areas of the Right Skills and Capabilities and the Right Advice, leading to the Right Results.
  • Provide expertise in the financial planning engagement through the support of Your Future by Design Advice Experience articulating the FP Value Proposition, conducting Life and Financial Discovery and presenting Strategies.
  • Coach and mentor Financial Planners on all aspects of the financial planning process (Your Future By Design Advice Experience).
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert for sound guidance on a broad range of technical tax, estate, financial planning ideas and strategies.
  • Effectively communicate expert knowledge around issues affecting Mass Affluent individuals and business owners such as transitioning into retirement, investing through holding companies, sale of a business, wealth transfer, etc.
  • Contribute to special projects such as leading development of training and financial planning tools and/or supporting financial planning strategy and other partners across the organization.
  • Conduct presentations to Financial Planners on financial planning topics; Collaborate with other in-market support roles for driving the development and implementation of sales effectiveness, sales strategy and sales communications.
