Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Diamond Canada Dearness Inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance workers to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal use of resources.
    • Monitor and control maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of maintenance activities.
    • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Reporting and Administration
