Marketing Leadership Opportunity

Dietzel International, a hospitality recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead the strategic direction and implementation of our overall marketing plans and brand management.

This critical role is responsible for expanding our market presence, enhancing player engagement, and boosting profitability through creative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the integration of traditional and digital advertising, direct mail, social media, public relations, and brand marketing to drive occupancy and revenue.
  • Develop creative concepts and marketing plans to achieve business goals.
  • Lead and manage a marketing team, working on projects from narrative, campaign, product, web, and branding assignments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years in a senior-level marketing management role, including experience in Casino Marketing.
  • Post-secondary degree in communications, marketing, business, or public relations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong computer knowledge – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Collaborative skills with proven experience working creatively with marketers, content strategists, copywriters, producers, and graphic designers.
