Job Title: General Construction Labourer

At TRIUMPH ROOFING & SHEET METAL INC., we are seeking a skilled General Construction Labourer to join our team. As a General Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on construction techniques and safety protocols.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, adhering to safety standards and company policies.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
Work Environment:

As a General Construction Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work under pressure, handling heavy loads, and maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a variety of weather conditions.
