Landscaping Assistant

C.G.E. Entretien Saisonnier S.E.N.C. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. Your duties will include weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, and carting and spreading topsoil and other materials. You will also be responsible for laying sod or seed and planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for horticulture, we encourage you to apply. Please note that this is a temporary position with a 40-hour workweek. Fluency in French is required.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain the appearance and health of outdoor spaces through weeding, pruning, and trimming
* Cut and maintain grass and other vegetation
* Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
* Lay sod or seed and plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees

Requirements:

* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
* Experience an asset
* Fluency in French
* Ability to work 40 hours per week
