Job Summary

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. This dynamic role requires a unique blend of analytical skills, a friendly approach, and a passion for delivering personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Offer advice and provide tailored solutions for Personal and Small Business clients.
  • Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management rules.

About the Team:

Requirements:

  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • A mutual fund representative (MFR) licence – obtainable within three months of hiring.
  • Advisory service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
