  • Co-ordination and Scheduling

  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on operational performance.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operations.
    • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
