We are seeking exceptional leaders to join our Principal/Vice-Principal Eligibility Pool at the elementary and secondary levels. Key Responsibilities- Lead professional learning communities and advance the Ontario Catholic Graduate Expectations
- Build partnerships and engage with Black, Indigenous, and racialized communities
- Identify and respond to systemic barriers faced by Black, Indigenous, and racialized employees, students, and families
- Demonstrate leadership resources and practices found in the Ontario Catholic School Level Leadership Framework
- Minimum of five years of successful permanent teaching in at least two divisions
- Classroom or administration excellence as indicated through performance appraisals
- Religious Education Part 1 AQ as minimum (or able to obtain within the first two years of hire)
- Active participation in a Catholic parish faith community
- School-based or system-based leadership experience
- Understanding of the principles of adult learning, collaboration, facilitation, and effective presentations
