Job Summary

Prud'Homme, Mercier & Associates is seeking a skilled Technician Appraiser to assist in obtaining technical information for real estate evaluation and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property inspections and gather technical, parietal, and municipal data.
  • Prepare technical files leading to the application of cost, income, and comparison methods.
  • Collaborate with experienced evaluators to ensure accurate and comprehensive reports.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Real Estate Evaluation and Appraisal or equivalent.
  • At least three years of experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional property evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with cost manuals, such as Marshall & Swift and MAMROT.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
