Job Title: Field Adjuster, Full-Time

The Field Adjuster plays a crucial role in ensuring that claims are adjusted efficiently while maximizing business development opportunities. This involves proactive marketing and follow-up of potential opportunities in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adjusting claims with attention to detail and ensuring accuracy
  • Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
  • Marketing and promoting services to clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve claims
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication

Requirements:

  • Experience in auto, property, liability, or accident and benefits claims
  • University degree or post-secondary education in a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in claims adjusting
  • Adjuster's license or currently pursuing CIP designation
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
