Portuguese Language Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Portuguese Language Instructor to join our team at the Halton Catholic District School Board. As a part-time instructor, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering language lessons to students in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver language lessons to students in a classroom setting

Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment

Supervise students during lessons and ensure their well-being

Instruct students at various levels of linguistic competence

Requirements:

Certified Teachers with qualifications in a second language are preferred

Must exhibit competency in the International Language of instruction and have a good working knowledge of English

Demonstrated successful classroom teaching experience, preferably with elementary students
