We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pineview Plaza Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and waste.
- Repair and Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
- Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and perform safety and security checks.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, and contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Conditions: Physically demanding, repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
