Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of 1.2 million square feet of Class A office and retail space in a campus setting. This role will manage a team of Facility Management professionals, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Main Responsibilities

* Manage relationships with third-party owners, ensuring contract compliance and timely reporting
* Oversee facility services, including application of policies and programs, coordination of information, and compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives
* Develop and implement innovative programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity
* Prepare and manage facility budgets, tracking variances and ensuring smooth recovery processes
* Support prompt collection of management fees and reimbursements from tenants occupying space within owned premises

Critical Competencies for Success

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/financial expertise
* Minimum of 8 years facilities experience required in the corporate environment, third-party service provider, or as a consultant
* Proven record of success managing large portfolios (500k sq. ft.) and/or multiple sites
* CFM, FMA, CPM, RPA, or CSM designation is preferred
