About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with exceptional needs. As an Educational Assistant, you will work collaboratively with teaching and other professional staff to provide individualized support to students. Responsibilities may include:

* Supporting students with autism spectrum disorders and behavior management programs
* Providing academic support and implementing special programs
* Assisting students who are deaf or hard of hearing or visually impaired

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child and youth care or developmental services and relevant experience working with school-aged children with special needs. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is preferred, but not required.

American Sign Language Level 3 certification and valid First Aid certification/CPR Level C are required for this position.
