Indigenous Financial Advisor

As a member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and delivering against individual and team sales goals. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and help them achieve their financial goals.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be customer-centric, self-directed, and performance-oriented. You'll also need to have a natural curiosity to uncover and solve for customers' needs, as well as a willingness to complete industry-related courses and obtain necessary licenses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to customers, building strong relationships and delivering against individual and team sales goals.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and help them achieve their financial goals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our customers' experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
