About the Job:
This is a permanent position, reporting to the Management of Wood's Homes. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the delivery of exceptional services and meet the requirements of the Health and Safety Management System.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain structured settings to foster the development of personal and social functioning for clients.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Conduct therapeutic responsibilities for specific children, youth, and their families, including case conferences and intervention strategies.
- Ensure the upkeep of the living space and compliance with licensing requirements.
- Support program functioning, including meal preparation, cleaning, and transportation.
