About the Role:

At Sky Climber Renewables, we are seeking a highly skilled Wind Turbine Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our wind service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation and maintenance of wind turbines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenances, operations, and upgrades
  • Verify that work is completed in compliance with customer requirements
  • Document all work performed
  • Report policy or procedure violations
  • Submit progress reports
  • Repair or replace parts as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • A high school diploma/GED and associate degree in a technical mechanical or wind energy discipline from an accredited college or wind technical school, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to climb a 300-foot wind tower multiple times per day
  • Comfortable working at heights of up to 300+ feet
  • Ability to meet specific weight requirements of tower ladders under OSHA and/or industry standards
