About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fruit Farm Labourer to join our team at Earle Sheila Anne Muir. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops to ensure the highest quality produce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planting and Cultivation: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Harvesting: Harvest crops at the right time to ensure maximum quality and freshness.
  • Quality Control: Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market.
  • Maintenance: Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a healthy and productive environment.
Work Environment

As a Fruit Farm Labourer, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions, including wet, damp, dusty, and hot conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 60 hours per week.
