About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Renovation Project Manager to join our team at All Set Projects Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of home renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project schedules, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate with trade subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
  • Site Management
    • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
    • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they align with the approved budget
  • Client Communication
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or issues
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring their expectations are met
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Business Development
    • Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing plans
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in home renovation or construction management
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
