Skilled Long-Term Care Nurse Required for RhynoCare

We are currently seeking highly professional and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at RhynoCare in the Lake Cowichan area. This opportunity allows you to earn above-average wages with travel compensation and accommodation.

This role involves providing nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and within the scope of practice of an LPN. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents.

The ideal candidate will have active registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives and be able to work with persons with infectious diseases. A BLS Certificate, valid First Aid & CPR, and proof of current immunizations are also required. Additionally, a Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check is necessary.

As a key member of our team, you will possess well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to work flexible shift times, including eight or twelve hours in length, and 'float' from unit to unit within a hospital as needed.
