Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on construction sites
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management
  • Accurate and reliable with strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 32 hours per week
