Job Summary

The Aquatics Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our recreational and lap pools, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for members and guests. This role will assist in managing and training the Aquatics Team, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Aquatics Team in providing a safe and welcoming environment for all members and guests
  • Respond to member inquiries about Life Time programs, services, and policies
  • Develop and implement high-quality swim programs and services
  • Promote Life Time's swim programs and services

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • 1 year of coaching and/or swim instruction experience
  • 1 year of lifeguarding experience
  • 6 months of head guard or supervising experience
  • Lifeguard and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to swim 25 yards without stopping
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift heavier objects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college or working towards a 4-year degree
