About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Officer to join our team at Future Illuminators Corporation. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the marketing team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Business Development
    • Respond to enquiries from business stakeholders regarding development opportunities and provide expert advice on marketing strategies.
    • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Marketing Materials
    • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
    • Initiate and maintain contact with media outlets to promote our brand and products.
  • Customer Service
    • Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to customers and stakeholders.
    • Evaluate customer service and store environments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Marketing Strategies
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure effective team management and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 32 to 35 hours bi-weekly.
