About the Role

ETI is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. This key role will focus on ensuring seamless operational logistics and providing exceptional customer service.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials or business services, adhering to established specifications and contractual agreements.
  • Evaluate supplier offers, negotiate contract terms, and award contracts to suitable parties.
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies, aiming to maximize value while minimizing costs.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage and supervise a small team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; additional education in a relevant field is an asset.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the supply chain management sector.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • A strong client-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
