Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Supervisor to join our team at Persia Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including sales transactions and inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and appraisals to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
