We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert Lead to join our team at DAVIE DOSA COMPANY.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week with English as the primary work language.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience and no degree, certificate or diploma in culinary arts.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for customers with diverse tastes and dietary needs.
- Inspecting kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
- Training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
- Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Cleaning kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
We specialize in South Indian cuisine and require candidates with knowledge of this specific cuisine to excel in this role.
Our company offers a competitive salary range between $45,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience.
