About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional care and support to children in a safe and healthy environment. As a household caregiver, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our young clients. Your tasks will include:

  • Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks
  • Organizing activities such as games and outings for children
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Supervising and caring for children
  • Tending to the emotional well-being of children

You will work closely with the parents to understand their expectations and preferences regarding childcare and household management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 1-7 months of experience in childcare or a related field
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A criminal record check

You will also need to be available to work 30-40 hours per week and have a reliable means of transportation.
