Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Piccadilly Indian Cuisine Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on kitchen performance and inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering high-quality food service.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet the demands of our customers. You will be required to work a 30-hour week, with flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.

Language:

The primary language spoken in our kitchen is English.
